Pre-lockdown, 2020 - an oft-repeated conversation:
"Kitty, what's your website?" "Oh, sorry, I don't have one" "Why ever not?" " Well, I'm not keen on screens -" "But everyone has a website!" "-and not great on the tech side of things..." "But how can you ever be taken seriously as a professional performer if you don't have a website?" "Who said I want to be? Look at my name, do you think I want to be taken seriously? is there not an inherant danger in being taken seriously?" " Oh grow up Kitty, join the modern world, just get a website" "Sorry, I don't have the time" "You're Kitty O'Blitherin, you can MAKE the time!" "OK! OK! I CAN'T BE ARSED!.... it's not, to me, an enjoyable and rewarding thing to do! Maybe if I'm ever stuck inside, unable to connect with others, really desperate, with nothing else much to do...." |

June 2020. Week 11 of lockdown. It's been raining. Here's the website.
There has been the odd ripple of laughter, dollop of sulking and bucketful of foul language involved in this online creation..... I hope the pages give you a taster of my work. Perhaps it will inspire some of you to get in touch and see what we can get up to together, what fun we can have- as performers, spectators, co-conspirators or critical friends. I do hope so!
